Monday marks the start of Week 2 of the Fall quarter at my school. And I haven't really upload any of my Summer Quarter's projects, so here goes.

I took fashion illustration and this is my mid-term project for that class. We had to design swimwear for high end department stores. >_____> Everyone in the class started to hate those stores because we don't really shop there and it never changed.


Not the best, but I'm getting there.
Here is the final project. Executive business wear for the Fall or Winter.



Another fashion class I took was History of Fashion: Beginning to 1850. A lot of terms of historical clothing that I don't really remember. I think during week 3, we had to recreate an Egyptian accessory and present it. :/ I spent a killer 14 hours on my bib necklace. Weaving and threading a lot.



I made it modern and more for me, but in all honesty, I have yet to wear it yet. :<
And for our final for this class, we had to recreate a garment from one of the time period we study. So I chose the Medieval Period. Mainly because I wanted to make the pointy hat and the princess dress which is actually a cotehardie, and technically this dress had more layers under, but not enough time. The hat is called a steeple. You don't really see how it's made, but it was poorly made, due to my failure in time management. :( A lot of people liked it though.

And this is on a dress form.


My other class was computer applications, not much pictures to show at all. Another was Fundamentals of Pattermaking, not too many pictures. :( But for our final we had to make a sample of the pattern we drafted! So I do have one last picture. :]



There's no back picture because well, I messed up. I forgot to add extra measurements for the ease, so my sample does not fit on the dress form. I braided the rope for a scarf effect because I don't like the opening. :x Anyways till next time!

Random Random Random!

I keep lagging on updates, I started to clean my room on Thursday? But I've been lagging on that too. :/ Looks cleaner but no idea how to organize my huge sketch pads, water color paper, drawing, and etc. :/ Plus those huge portfolio bags that take up so much space! I don't think I really need them anymore too! But yes, I shall stop muttering about my room.

For several years I play this multi-massive online role playing game(mmo rpg) called Ragnarok Online. It's originally Korean only but eventually got translated and other countries have their owner server. Well I play on the private server because I don't really want to play the public server primarily because of the low rates. So it takes much longer to level, and also I never really paid monthly for any games before. But I've been playing on and off and in between servers. Recently though, I moved to Essence RO, they are very headgear oriented, so a lot of people are always doing headgear quest. Here are some of mine.

Well my blog's original intention was for my daily outfits, but that failed. Lol. Here is a bow I made yesterday at my grandma's house and a scroungie. I was going to participate in my school's art sale and sell some scroungie, but I decided not to. Here goes though:

I barely found out that in Japan they've been advertising their Pepsi Nex products with Japanese artists promoting the product. I think Pepsi Nex is basically the whole zero calorie soda :x I don't drink diet or zero calorie soda but I still find this cute and amazing. :D
